In their ‘Postcards from Vegas’ series Rob and Nick Carter have united neon and photography to create sculptural, wall-based works.

Each piece is a product of various appropriations and consists of a blown-up reproduction of a vintage postcard, complete with evidence of the original card’s wear and tear, overlaid with a remade neon sign from Las Vegas (or beyond).

The artworks bring together deliberately heterogeneous imagery to create impactful contrasts that are both bold and nostalgic.
